Confidentiality Policy

All personal information gathered during the assessment/ treatment  will remain confidential and secure with the exception of the following:

1. Your therapist believes that you are at risk of harm to self or others;
2. If your information is subpoenaed by a court;
3. You have provided written and prior consent to release your information; and
4. If the disclosure of information is otherwise required by the law.

Your personal information is gathered as part of your assessment and treatment and is kept securely.

Cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another
​individual who may be on a waiting list. We reserve the whole hour for you, when you book.

We require a 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring any extra fees.  

A $100 fee will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice with no notice (non-attendance). 

We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.  You may call at any time, even after hours as we do have an answering service that allows you to leave a message.
